Karyn has been amazing throughout the process. As this was my first time arranging a funeral, Karyn walked through the whole process with me step by step. I was really impressed with Karyn. She did an amazing job sorting out the order of service and even came up with very relatable poems when I was struggling to find any. Karyn listened to us very carefully and structured the welcome speech perfectly. Many of our friends and family who attended the funeral were impressed with Karyn and told us that she did a really good job.

Jackie, Sharon and I wanted to say thank you for the service and the eulogy that you gave for our mum & dad. Having helped to put together the wording, and read through it a number of times, we thought we knew what to expect. But, when you read it out, it came across so much better and more touching. Despite it being a very emotional day, you managed to inject some happiness and lighter moments into the occasion.

You really managed to make a story from the little snippets that we had listed, and you did justice to their lives. It was funny in places, sad overall, but very well presented. So, we just wanted to say thank you very much.
